Kv. Kronprinsen

For Kronprinsen in central Malmö, we were commissioned to manufacture lockible metal curtains in solid brass for their food court, a welcoming food court that the architect has created with fantastic material choices such as brass, marble and Öland stone.

Mattorget has 6 large hubs with space for 2 tenants in each. For each hub, we have manufactured brass curtains and custom-made locks adapted to the unique hubs. The brass mesh in the curtains has a large open area, which makes the food court feel airy and the transparency remains even if the curtains are drawn when the restaurants have closed for the day. During opening hours, the brass curtains are pulled into parking pockets inside the hubs.
