Lockable curtains can be mounted with either folding profiles or with single clips, with wheels that rolls in ceiling rail made out of steel.
Ceiling rail is offered in optional lengths with curves in different radius. With the help of folding profiles the metal curtain will be folded at the parking space.
The parking space is taking up about 15% of the metal curtains length. With single clips you need about 25% of the metal curtain length at the parking space.

The metal curtain is locked with help from vertical rails, locked in the wall, or in the middle of the metal curtain. The vertical rails that are stuck on the metalcurtain have handles and outlets for padlocks.

Exact measurements are given for the intended length of the shut-off area where the metal curtain is to be mounted. Exact measurements between ceiling/floor are given for the correct height of metal drapery. (Roof measurement, i.e. where the roof rail is to be mounted.) Please attach a drawing with these measurements.

Exact measurements and radius of curve must be specified before the order can be executed. If necessary, metal curtain can be shortened in width/length but not in height.

Metal curtains, mounted with folding profiles and wheels. When the metal curtains are mounted with folding profiles the metal mesh folds after a certain width and the line-up area gets minimized to 15% of the metal curtains total length.

Metal curtain mounted with single clips and wheels. When the metal curtain is mounted with single clips the curtain will fold naturally between the wheels and line-up area will be about 25% of the metal curtains total length.

Curves are offered with standard radius: R205, R300, R400, R500, R650, R1000, R2000. Curves with other radius can be made after the project needs. On picture: suspended rail with special made curves for this project, mounted under a air drum.

Ceiling rail directly towards the ceiling. Where metal curtains are relatively heavy the rail needs to be mounted directly against solid material in the ceiling.
