In the heart of Visby lies Gotlands Museum, where we have delivered our formable metal mesh TM.100 for their exhibition Midgård – The Vikings of Gotland. This thinly woven stainless steel mesh has been used to create a three-dimensional form that beautifully reflects the light.
Materials used
Metal Mesh TM.100 is made from very thin metal wires with a small diameter to create a very fine and lightweight metal mesh.
This malleable metal mesh is easy to bend and crumple and can also be sewn into. When pleated, it effectively reflects light. The mesh is well-suited for all types of applications, whether cast in acrylic or used as wall coverings, pleated curtains, room dividers, suspended ceilings, products, etc.
Unlike TL.100, this mesh has a slightly larger open area and thicker wire. Standard width is 1500 mm. The mesh is also available with a burnt effect — see metal mesh FIA.100.
