    Wingårdh’s architects have been commissioned to open up the roof of the property Hornsgatan 20 near Slussen for public purposes and designed a larger roof terrace and restaurant with a view of Riddarfjärden and Stockholm’s rooftops.

    We, in turn, were given the task of made a metal curtain to be able to lock between the elevators that go up to the roof terrace and the restaurant and between SKR – Sveriges Kommuner och Regioner whose headquarters are located in the property.

    We made a 3.5 meter high stainless steel metal curtain mounted with folding profiles to minimize the installation space. In order to be able to mount the curtain, we made a strong roof construction in white lacquered steel.

    Metal mesh GR.716 is made of wire spirals. As the metal mesh is very light, it is suitable for interior design such as ceilings, partitions, room dividers and metal curtains with or without locking. Also available in other sizes of wire and openess, GR.100, GR.45 and GR.127.

    Stainless steel 316 for outdoor use.
